These are beautiful handmade Italian leather dog or cat collars. They are handcrafted here in my workshop in South Carolina. I have a vast array of leather cutout designs that can be added to each collar. boutique dog collar are hand painted with two coats of pet safe edge paint and then protected with clear finish. I offer buckles in a Brass or Nickel finish, as well as several rivet options. Attention to detail is my priority, offering a one of a kind handcrafted collar for your pet.
